Generally reserved for Director level and higher roles, this service is also appropriate for specialized searches (ex. confidentially replacing an incumbent or looking for unique experience). These searches are led by a Principal of HC and supported by our Recruiting and Research Team. We guarantee results and strive to have final round candidates to our client within 45 days of opening the search.

Hunter Crown’s contingency search service is our most popular product and is applicable for searches that range from entry level through middle management positions. These searches are overseen by a Principal of HC, led by a member of our Recruiting Team and supported by our Research Team. HC has established a track record of successful closing a high percentage of all opened contingency searches. Our goal is to have 3-5 highly qualified candidates presented to the client within 30 days of opening the search.
