Rob Scherer is the Vice President of Hunter Crown and is dedicated to providing exceptional service to the firm’s clients and candidates.
Working with firms both large and small, Rob prides himself on being part of initiatives that positively change organizations through the development of stronger teams.
Rob started in the search industry after working as an intern at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
Naturally a people person, he has excelled within the search profession. His approach is high-touch, leading to a deep understanding of his client’s needs, and revealing each candidate’s unique qualifications.
On rare occasions when Rob is not on the phone, he is passionate about living an active life; from biking, to running, swimming, and playing soccer, among others. Rob is married to his lovely wife Julie and they also share their household with their golden retriever Maddox.
Rob was recruited for and played Division I soccer at the University of Richmond, where he also earned his Bachelor’s degree from the school of Arts & Sciences. In addition to Rob’s athletic and academic pursuits, he also proudly served as the Vice President of the University of Richmond’s American Medical Student’s Association.
