Tyson Scott is a Senior Search Consultant at Hunter Crown.

Tyson is a former Marine Corps Officer and combat veteran with a diverse background in sales, recruiting, operations, training, learning and development, and executive coaching. He has experience supporting organizations through contingent, contract, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) recruiting models, working across a range of hiring needs and talent strategies.

Throughout his career, he has worked with individuals and organizations to develop leaders, strengthen teams, and drive professional growth. Tyson holds a B.A. in History, an M.A. in Executive Coaching and Consulting, and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership.

Outside of work, Tyson enjoys cycling, surfing, snowboarding, playing guitar, rug tufting, and reading comics.
