With over 20 years of experience in business development, recruiting, operations, and strategic growth within the staffing and recruiting industry, Matthew brings a wealth of expertise to the Hunter Crown team.
Throughout his career, he has partnered with Fortune 500, Private Companies, Defense Contractors, Law Firms, Energy, BioPharma, Municipalities, and Nonprofits with the sole purpose of connecting the right professional match to those he has served.
Prior to joining Hunter Crown, Matthew founded HireAim LLC and Vooru LLC. Both staffing service providers which offered comprehensive recruitment solutions to a national portfolio of clients. The understanding of how owning and scaling a small business made him a more rounded service partner for helping to grow Hunter Crown.
Preceding the launch of his own ventures, Matthew spent the bulk of his career in Corporate Development for two publicly held staffing firms Robert Half Inc. (RHI) and Kforce (KFRC); there he drove revenue growth and successfully managed large-scale recruitment operations across multiple service lines. His ability to drive operational excellence has been a key factor in the success of the organizations he’s partnered with throughout his career.
Matthew is a Maryland native and graduated from Shenandoah University with a BS in Marketing/Finance. When he is not matching top talent with leading companies in the water and wastewater industry, you will find Matthew enjoying adventures with his two amazing daughters or spending personal time on the golf course.
