Michael earned a Bachelor's in History Education from Long Island University (C.W. Post Campus). In addition to his academic background, Michael held a NACE Coating Inspector certification, OSHA 10 & 30 providing him with direct exposure to industrial environments, safety standards, and quality control practices on active job sites.
Professionally, Michael has built a proven track record working within the healthcare, education, and industrial sectors, most recently serving as Director of Recruiting at Bileddo Associates. In this role, he partnered closely with C-suite and senior leadership to deliver strategic hiring solutions, driving significant economic impact for clients.
Michael gravitated towards Hunter Crown because of its people-first, credibility-based work, he doesn't believe in transactional recruiting. He wants to have an impact on specialized, technical, and professional roles.
Outside of his professional work, Michael is deeply committed to community service. He actively volunteers with Surfers for Autism, supporting inclusive surfing experiences that empower individuals on the autism spectrum and their families.
